Simply Garde Manger with Chef Jacq is a 212 page textbook-style publication highlighting the culinary technique of “Garde Manger”, or food served cold.

The author specified he wanted the book to have a modern, elegant design that allowed his photography and illustrations to really stand out. The resulting design was deliberately minimalist and elegant to allow the content of the book be the star rather than the design of the layout.
