Vandercook Centenary Poster

Brief

In honor of the 100 year anniversary of the Vandercook Press, letterpress printers around the world printed broadside posters celebrating the beloved printing press. Renowned Vandercook expert Paul Moxon visited the Printing Museum in 2009 to demonstrate the museum’s newly acquired Vendercook Proof Press and talk about the press’s history.

Working with the museum’s Curator, I utilized the museum’s collection of wood and lead type to print a series of 100 posters to advertise Moxon’s visit on the museum’s Vandercook 4T press.
