Brief

For this project, the client requested a bold, modern design to showcase their new homes in the Riverton Preserve development. I was given guidelines for the fonts, but had free reign on the layout. I used colors from the model home photos provided by the builder as inspiration for the color scheme to provide continuity in the “branding” of the community.
